Our beautiful new first floor restaurant and cocktail bar are now open. Light and airy spaces with views over the sea to the east, south and west make a perfect setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no lift to this restaurant. We also have our beautiful Seaside Bar on the ground floor with equally stunning views, and this area welcomes dogs.

The Crusoe is fortunate to be situated right on the harbour in Lower Largo and the local fisherman who moor their boats on our private pier supply us with a plentiful catch of local mackerel, lobster and crab. We strive for our fish, meat and veg to be 100% Scottish and the natural larder in the East Neuk of Fife provides us with wonderful fruit and vegetables throughout the year. Our menus change throughout the year to reflect the changing seasons of this local produce.

All of this accompanied by a world-class wine list and traditional ales from local brewers.

Our talented kitchen team are producing some of the best food on the Fife coast.

We’re committed to cooking the abundance of seasonal Scottish produce and our menus reflect this ethos. It features ever-popular pub favourites like fish and chips, as well as championing local shellfish and Scottish seafood, apt given the sea views and coastal location.

Our bar is the heart of The Crusoe. With its open fire and comforting interiors, it creates a warm and cosy atmosphere to escape the wind and Scottish weather.

Whether you want to come and enjoy a coffee or a warm cuppa, a real ale, a Scottish malt or the finest Bloody Mary in the East Neuk, there will be a warm welcome waiting for you.

The Selkirk room is the ideal location for that special family lunch, a birthday/anniversary dinner or simply a gathering of friends and family.

The room is available to hire out exclusively for up to 16 guests for a sit-down meal, and up to 25 guests for a less formal drinks or Buffet reception.
